The Service
Build Me Different is a fully automated, AI-powered fitness and nutrition platform. All training plans, nutrition guidance, recipes, adjustments and insights are generated by artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. The Service does not involve a human personal trainer, dietitian or medical professional.
Not medical advice
The Service provides general fitness and nutrition information for healthy adults. It is not medical, clinical or dietetic advice and is not a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, or are taking medication, speak to your GP before starting any training or nutrition programme. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel unwell.
Subscription, billing and your free trial
New members receive a 30-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically continues at £19.99 per month, billed monthly to the payment method you provide. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your full card details.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time from within your account, with no cancellation fee and no need to phone or email us. If you cancel during the free trial you will not be charged. If you cancel after billing has started, your membership remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Because the Service provides immediate digital access, the standard 14-day cancellation right for digital content is waived once you begin using the Service, which you agree to at sign-up. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you believe you have been charged in error, email us and we will investigate and put it right.
Your data and privacy (UK GDPR)
We collect the information you give us at sign-up and while using the Service — including name, email, and the health and fitness details you choose to provide — in order to generate and adapt your plan. Health and fitness information is treated as special category data and is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the platform, such as our payment processor and hosting provider. You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service, plus limited analytics to understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the Service working.
Liability
You take part in any exercise or nutrition programme at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for injury, illness or loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
