Cancellation policy

Members may cancel their Built Different subscription at any time. To cancel, log into your account and navigate to Manage Subscription, or contact us at hello@buildmedifferent.co.uk.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Members who cancel retain full access until their billing period ends.

7-day free trial members may cancel at any time before day 7 without being charged. After day 7 the subscription converts to the monthly rate automatically.

Built Different reserves the right to cancel any subscription that violates our Terms of Service.
